Washington State Non-Profit Corporation, UBI # 602 006.209

We are organized as the Tacoma Aikido Club with Club Offices of
President,Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary
Officers selected by Yudansha from the ranks of Yudansha
Instruction
Training in open hand and weapons techniques by volunteer instructors
Ranked Sandan in Aikikai Aikido as taught by Shihan Hiroshi Isoyama
Ranked Godan in Icho Ryu Aikijutsu as taught by founder Sensei Bernie Lau
Location
The Tacoma Aikido Club is thankful to the Y's of Tacoma Pierce County
for giving us the opportunity to provide Aikido training in this area over the last 30+ years
The Tacoma Aikido Club classes are held at:
Tacoma (Morgan) Family Y, 1002 S. Pearl, Tacoma WA 98465
Attending Classes
Y membership is required to join the club.
Uniforms are not required until the 1st test (3 months typically)
There are no class fees, club costs are met through fundraisers
Visitors without Y membership are welcome at anytime,
While we do not have a mat fee the Y has a fee for access by non-members.
Thursday classes are best for 1st time visitors
